State Referee Organization

Acts as an advisor to the State Referee Administrator and is the chairman over all other positions held on this committee. (Reports to the State Referee Administrator)

Supervises all USSF Assessors and assessments in the state; approves all referee upgrades based on field assessment reports and submits them to the SRA for final approval; provides brief reports to the SDI to improve omnisciently noted deficiencies; studies and disseminates strategic assessment methods to all assessors throughout the state. (Reports to the State Referee Administrator)

Supervises all USSF Instructors and referee clinics in the state; schedules referee clinics throughout the state to recertify and initiates new referees; tests all advanced referees through written and physical fitness exams annually; manages the state's Radar Screen list; develops strategies to enhance the growth and development of the referee program from an educational perspective (including referee academies). (Reports to the State Referee Administrator)

Supervises all USSF Assignors and acts as a liaison/advisor to assignors throughout the state which are not required by USSF to be licensed; is responsible for delegating or personally assigning all state championship tournaments; and investigates unethical assignment practices including but not limited to: the use of the outlawed "2-man" system and unlicensed referees.
