Supervises all USSF Assessors and assessments in the state; approves all
referee upgrades based on field assessment reports and submits them to
the SRA for final approval; provides brief reports to the SDI to improve
omnisciently noted deficiencies; studies and disseminates strategic
assessment methods to all assessors throughout the state. (Reports to

develops strategies to enhance the growth and development of the referee
program from an educational perspective (including referee academies).
