The KY State Referee
Committee's "Radar Screen" is an evolving list of referees who have
been identified by an Assessor, Instructor, Assignor, District
Administrator, or State Referee Committee Member as a referee who
demonstrates professionalism, admirable conduct while off the field,
and the humility to seek out advice to improve their performance on
the field. These referees are young and inspired to one day
become a National Referee and represent our state with integrity,
pride, and a flare for the game's development.
